Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 9, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of https://www.4ehunter.com and inquiries, bookings, payments, promotions, and services associated with 4E Outfitters (“4E,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, submitting a form, making a payment, or participating in a hunt or service, you agree to these Terms. If anything is unclear, contact the site owner and obtain clarification in writing before submitting payment.

Website Information and Inquiries

Website content is general information and may change. Photos, descriptions, dates, availability, prices, package inclusions, animal measurements, harvest expectations, lodging, meals, transportation, and ranch details are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the site owner for the specific booking. A form submission, call, text, or email inquiry is not a confirmed reservation. Contact the site owner before relying on any assumption or arranging travel.

Bookings and Written Confirmation

A hunt is confirmed only after the site owner provides written confirmation and all required deposits or payments have cleared. Availability is first-come, first-served and may change until payment is received. The written confirmation, invoice, or booking message for a specific hunt controls if it conflicts with general website content. Contact the site owner before paying if the species, property, dates, hunter count, price, trophy range, inclusions, exclusions, or other details are unclear.

Non-Refundable Deposits and Hunt Packages

ALL DEPOSITS AND ALL HUNT-PACKAGE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

Payments reserve dates, ranch access, guides, animals or hunting opportunities, equipment, planning time, and other resources. Reserving a hunt may cause 4E Outfitters, a participating ranch, outfitter, guide, or landowner to decline other business. For that reason, no refund is owed if the hunter or anyone in the hunter’s party cancels, cannot attend, arrives late, leaves early, or does not complete the hunt for any reason.

The no-refund policy applies to cancellations or nonattendance caused by scheduling conflicts, work, illness, injury, family matters, travel delays, missed flights, vehicle problems, weather concerns, failure to obtain licenses or documents, failure to meet eligibility or safety requirements, dissatisfaction with conditions, failure to harvest an animal, or any other hunter-related reason. Contact the site owner before paying if you do not fully understand or accept this policy.

Rescheduling, Transfers, Credits, and Substitutions

No hunter has an automatic right to reschedule, transfer a hunt or payment, substitute another hunter, change species or package, or receive a credit. Any accommodation is entirely at the site owner’s discretion, depends on ranch and guide approval and availability, may require additional payment, and is valid only when approved in writing. A discretionary accommodation on one occasion does not change these Terms or create a future obligation.

Cancellation or Material Change by 4E or a Participating Ranch

If 4E Outfitters or a participating ranch cannot provide the confirmed hunt or makes a material change, the hunter must contact the site owner for the available resolution. The resolution may depend on the written booking terms, circumstances, availability, participating ranch, and applicable law. Do not assume that a particular refund, credit, replacement hunt, ranch, date, or species will be available unless the site owner confirms it in writing.

Prices, Trophy Fees, and Package Inclusions

Prices and availability may change. Unless the written confirmation expressly states otherwise, hunters are responsible for licenses, permits, tags, travel, transportation, ammunition, equipment, gratuities, taxidermy, meat processing, shipping, lodging, meals, alcohol, personal expenses, and any trophy or harvest fees. Additional charges may apply for animal size, species, wounded game, non-hunting guests, extra days, special requests, damages, or ranch-specific requirements. Contact the site owner for a complete written list of inclusions and exclusions before paying.

No Guarantee of Harvest or Outcome

Hunting involves wildlife, weather, terrain, hunter ability, judgment, equipment, and conditions outside anyone’s control. No harvest, shot opportunity, animal size, trophy quality, success rate, meat yield, or particular experience is guaranteed. Descriptions such as “high success,” “generally used,” or references to typical results describe general experience only. Failure to see, shoot, wound, recover, or harvest an animal does not create a right to a refund or credit. Contact the site owner if an expectation is important to your decision.

Licenses, Laws, and Hunter Responsibility

Each hunter is responsible for confirming and complying with current federal, state, and local laws; Texas Parks and Wildlife Department rules; licensing, hunter-education, tagging, reporting, transport, and proof-of-sex requirements; and all participating-ranch rules. Regulations and seasons can change. Website summaries are educational and do not replace official regulations. Contact the site owner and consult the current Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Outdoor Annual before the hunt.

Safety, Conduct, and Ranch Rules

Hunters and guests must follow all safety instructions and the directions of the guide, outfitter, ranch, landowner, or site owner. Unsafe conduct, intoxication, illegal activity, harassment, property damage, unauthorized guests, rule violations, or refusal to follow instructions may result in removal from the property or termination of the hunt without refund. Firearm, ammunition, vehicle, alcohol, smoking, animal, access, and harvest rules may vary by ranch. Contact the site owner for clarification before arrival.

Waivers and Assumption of Risk

Hunting, firearms, wildlife, vehicles, remote terrain, weather, livestock, fences, equipment, and outdoor activities involve inherent and other risks, including serious injury, death, property damage, and loss. Hunters and guests may be required to sign a separate release, assumption-of-risk agreement, or waiver benefiting participating ranches, outfitters, guides, landowners, volunteers, affiliates, and other parties. Failure or refusal to sign required documents may prevent participation without refund. Contact the site owner to request and review required documents before paying or traveling.

Third-Party Ranches and Service Providers

4E Outfitters may coordinate with independently owned ranches, outfitters, guides, landowners, lodging providers, processors, taxidermists, transportation providers, and other third parties. Their rules, services, availability, and acts may be outside 4E’s control. No particular ranch or provider is promised unless identified in the written confirmation. Questions about responsibility for a specific service should be directed to the site owner before booking.

Minors and Guests

A parent or legal guardian must approve and supervise participation by a minor and sign all required documents. The booking hunter is responsible for communicating these Terms and all ranch rules to every person in the party and may be responsible for their conduct, charges, and damage.

Giveaways and Promotions

Giveaways and promotions may have separate eligibility rules, drawing dates, limitations, and prize terms. The specific promotion terms control if they conflict with these general Terms. Unless stated otherwise in writing, prizes have no cash value, are not automatically transferable, may be subject to availability and verification, and may exclude lodging, meals, transportation, licenses, gratuities, taxidermy, processing, and other costs. Contact the site owner before entering if any term is unclear.

Ranch Buying, Selling, and Other Information

Website content concerning ranch purchases, sales, valuation, marketing, or opportunities is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, surveying, title, environmental, or brokerage advice. Services and relationships vary by matter and may involve appropriately licensed third parties. No transaction or representation agreement exists unless confirmed in a separate written agreement. Contact the site owner before relying on any ranch-related statement.

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

Website text, branding, graphics, diagrams, photographs, videos, and other content are protected by applicable rights unless otherwise stated. You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, alter, impersonate, interfere with, or misuse the website or its content without written permission. See the Image Licensing and Copyright page and contact the site owner for clarification or permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its information are provided “as is” and “as available.” 4E Outfitters disclaims warranties not expressly made in a written booking agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4E Outfitters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, travel, third-party services, a canceled or unsuccessful hunt, or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful conduct, rule violations, negligence, property damage, or breach of these Terms, including conduct by members of your party for whom you are responsible.

Texas Law, Severability, and Entire Agreement

These Terms are governed by applicable Texas law, without overriding any rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, written booking confirmation, invoice, ranch rules, and signed waivers, form the applicable agreement. Specific written booking terms control over conflicting general website language.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current website version. Changes do not alter a separately signed agreement unless that agreement permits the change.
